Alyssa Cordel, DNP, FNP-C is one of our newest providers, relocating all the way from Kansas! She has a background in family practice and sexual assault nursing, and obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Clarkson College in Omaha, NE. Alyssa says she is “so excited to be in the Grants Pass area”, and is passionate about providing efficient and excellent care to the community. Alyssa treats patients of all ages, and is happy to help with all questions or concerns.
Kate is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in 2021 with a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. Kate employs a holistic approach to managing patient’s care, factoring her patient’s social, cultural, psychological, and spiritual elements into their physiologic care. Staying up to date on evidenced-based practice guidelines is important to Kate so that she can best manage her patient’s care with the latest information available. Kate loves the outdoors and the natural beauty it offers.
