Mike is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an interest in rural adult primary health and chronic care. He graduated with honors in 2012 and has 30 years of health care experience. His outgoing personality breaks down barriers with his patients and he is able to build care around their individual needs.
Kate is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in 2021 with a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. Kate employs a holistic approach to managing patient’s care, factoring her patient’s social, cultural, psychological, and spiritual elements into their physiologic care. Staying up to date on evidenced-based practice guidelines is important to Kate so that she can best manage her patient’s care with the latest information available. Kate loves the outdoors and the natural beauty it offers.
Christine Rotin, PA-C graduated from the University of Washington Medicine, MEDEX NW Physician Assistant program in 2005. She has applied her experience and expertise in many rural clinics throughout the United States and has recently relocated to the southern Oregon area. Her patients have often described her as a caring, funny, and honest provider who listens closely to their needs.
Samantha Carlile is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about empowering women medically and in all other aspects of their lives. She emphasizes creating a medical space where women feel comfortable, safe and that their voices are heard and valued. Samantha graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee with her masters of science in nursing and also studied health sciences during her undergraduate degree at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Samantha loves being able to partner with patients about their medical decisions, to promote their wellbeing and cheer them on as they thrive. As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Samantha provides expert, trauma informed care to women in all life’s stages. She specializes in well woman care, menstrual disorders, contraceptive management, gynecological disorders, pre-conception counseling and providing obstetric care for expectant mothers.
Samantha live in Grans Pass with her husband and lab-pit. She loves food, crossfit, adventuring and being a goofball with her sister Erin, who is also an Nurse Practitioner.
