Dr. Heather Kahn was born in Detroit Michigan and raised in Saginaw Michigan. She graduated from Adams State College in Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry. Dr Kahn attended medical school at Finch University of Health Sciences. She did her Family Practice residency with OHSU in Klamath Falls. She has been a physician in Grants Pass since 2004. Dr. Kahn and her husband Arthur have a blended family with five children and two grandchildren. Her personal interests include: gardening, cooking, preserving the harvest, physical fitness, Judaism and Fat Bear Week.
Dr. Angela C. Mount DO is an osteopathic family medicine physician at Rogue Medicine, now affiliated with AllCare Health Medical Group. She received her medical degree from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed her internship in Emergency Medicine/Internal Medicine in Wheeling West Virginia and her residency in Family Medicine/Women’s Health in Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania. Dr. Mount has practiced in Grants Pass since 2013. She specializes in women’s health, osteopathic pain management, and chronic disease management. Dr. Mount also has advanced training in Wilderness Medicine. She, her husband, and two children are outdoors enthusiasts, enjoying river rafting, fishing, and hiking, as well as raising Aussiedoodle puppies and Main Coon kittens. Dr. Mount is accepting new patients.
Alyssa Cordel, DNP, FNP-C is one of our newest providers, relocating all the way from Kansas! She has a background in family practice and sexual assault nursing, and obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Clarkson College in Omaha, NE. Alyssa says she is “so excited to be in the Grants Pass area”, and is passionate about providing efficient and excellent care to the community. Alyssa treats patients of all ages, and is happy to help with all questions or concerns.
Robert “Bobby” Anthony is a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner for ACMG | Douglas. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and is board certified as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP. Bobby and his wife moved to Grants Pass from Nashville, TN in March 2020. Since then, he has been working with post-acute/long-term care patients with a focus on the geriatric population (his greatest passion). Bobby's goal is to improve the health and quality of life for all his patients.
