Dr. Ermshar has been a member of the medical community in Grants Pass for 33 years, practicing the full spectrum of Family Practice including active hospital privileges at Three Rivers Medical Center in Adult, Newborn and Pediatric Care. In January 2000 Dr. Ermshar founded WellSpring Family Practice, which has now proudly become a member of the AllCare Medical Group. His philosophy of care is one that embraces State of the Art standards of care in modern Allopathic medicine. Patients are encouraged to learn as much about their diseases as possible and are educated to use all the tools of treatment available to them to improve their condition.

Dr. Hsieh is a graduate of Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training in Family Medicine at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine. She is interested in partnering with her patients to help them achieve their health goals while following evidence-based medicine.
Brett Rasmussen, PA-C, graduated from the University of Iowa's Carver College of Medicine as a Physician Associate with a Master’s degree in science. Prior to his graduate studies, he attended Brigham Young University where he earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nutritional Science. He has previous experience as a Physician Associate in the treatment of pulmonary disease and sleep medicine. Brett is most interested in treating all aspects of health including disease prevention and in motivating patients to make positive lifestyle modifications. He is a science advocate and believes in the importance of practicing science based medicine. Brett lives in Grants Pass with his wife and two children. In his free time he enjoys hiking and camping with his family. He volunteers regularly with Josephine County Search and Rescue and leads their rope rescue team.
Kalab Carlile, NP-C, is an adult certified nurse practitioner specializing in geriatric medicine with special interests in health maintenance and men’s fitness. He graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 2021 and is passionate about helping his patients lead their healthiest lives as they grow older.
Misty Vicente is a family nurse practitioner who graduated from Fay Whitney School of Nursing at the University of Wyoming. During her undergrad, she worked in various healthcare settings including physical therapy, urgent care, and environmental services. As a nurse, she worked at a women’s health clinic and a long-term care facility, two areas that she is passionate about. She recently moved from Wyoming and is excited to provide care to the Southern Oregon community. Her philosophy is to practice evidence-based medicine with an emphasis that true wellness encompasses not only physical health, but also emotional, spiritual, psychological, and social health. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, listening to Taylor Swift, and spending time with her friends, family, and dog.
Samantha Carlile is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about empowering women medically and in all other aspects of their lives. She emphasizes creating a medical space where women feel comfortable, safe and that their voices are heard and valued. Samantha graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee with her masters of science in nursing and also studied health sciences during her undergraduate degree at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Samantha loves being able to partner with patients about their medical decisions, to promote their wellbeing and cheer them on as they thrive. As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Samantha provides expert, trauma informed care to women in all life’s stages. She specializes in well woman care, menstrual disorders, contraceptive management, gynecological disorders, pre-conception counseling and providing obstetric care for expectant mothers.
Samantha live in Grans Pass with her husband and lab-pit. She loves food, crossfit, adventuring and being a goofball with her sister Erin, who is also an Nurse Practitioner.
